Can I pause my subscription?

Personal Medality subscriptions can be paused for up to 90 days. To pause your subscription, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your account: https://medality.com/login/
2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page and select Manage Subscriptions from the drop-down menu.
3. Select the subscription you would like to pause.
4. Click Pause Subscription.
5. Choose how long you would like your subscription to be paused, then click Pause Subscription to confirm.

Please note, TrueLearn subscriptions (Radiology CME and the DXIT/ CORE SmartBank) cannot be paused.
