What is the grading scale for case reports?

Our faculty use a slightly simplified approach to the American College of Radiology’s RADPEER scoring system.

Each case report will include a report grade and personalized feedback. Your report grade will fall into one of the three categories listed below:

  1. Does Not Meet Expectations - This report did not identify the primary differential diagnosis (Major Miss) and it impacts clinical course of action (e.g. No ACL tear vs. yes ACL tear)
  2. Meets Expectations - This report identified the primary differential diagnosis and used sufficient language in the report.
  3. Exceeds Expectations - This report was well written including identifying the primary differential diagnosis and additional ancillary findings.

Case reports may include additional feedback per the instructor’s discretion.
