Where is the instructor? Will I be able to ask questions?

As this is an online course, there are no scheduled live class meetings. Instead, the program follows what is known in online education as a “restrained presence” model. This means the instructor is actively involved behind the scenes, but will primarily engage when questions arise or if there are course-related matters to address.
